My Stamping Story
I’m so glad you’re here! I’m Jenny — wife to my incredibly patient hubby and mom to our car-crazy teen boys. I’m a bookkeeper, paper hoarder, stamp addict, and sporadic cook. If I was stranded on a desert island, I’m pretty sure I could survive happily with just my stamping supplies, deep dish pizza, Diet Coke, and chocolate. 🙂
Many years ago, when my kids were still little, I was a frustrated scrapbooker: always behind, struggling endlessly just to get close to caught up. At the time, I had never heard of Stampin’ Up! — let alone rubber stamping — but I was curious about stamping titles in my scrapbooks. So I reluctantly agreed to attend my friend’s home party. Little did I know I’d find myself signing up as a demonstrator just a couple weeks later!
What I love most about stamping is that when I sit down to craft, the rest of the world disappears. And I don’t have to be an artist to create something that looks good! In my mind, the hard part is already done by the talented people who make the stamps — all I need to do is put together their designs with my ink, papers and embellishments. There are so many coordinating product suites in the catalog that it makes it easy to be sure I’ve got everything I need to create my project. Add in the best-in-industry color coordination, and I can be confident that those products will always work together however I choose to mix and match them.

My passion for crafting led me to become a Stampin’ Up!© Demonstrator in 2003. Since then, I’ve had so much fun meeting crafters all over the country, teaching techniques, sharing design ideas, and introducing Stampin’ Up! products to many people.

Whether you’re new to Stampin’ Up! or interested in learning more advanced techniques, I can help you. For those in northern Illinois, southern Wisconsin, and the Chicago area, I can come to your home and hold a demonstration party or private hands-on class for you and your friends. I also host local events during the year.
