Introducing the Stamparatus Stamp Placement Tool
The Stamparatus is the newest stamping tool — and I GUARANTEE you’re going to decide that you NEED at least one! It’s going to change the way you stamp, and before long you’re going to wonder how you ever stamped without it!
*** NOTE: The ordering process for the Stamparatus is different than anything Stampin’ Up! has done before. Scroll down to find out how to reserve yours. ***
What is the Stamparatus?
stamp (noun) – 1: a device or instrument for stamping; 2: the impression or mark made by stamping or imprinting; 3a : a distinctive character, indication, or mark; 3b : a lasting imprint
apparatus (noun) – a set of materials or equipment designed for a particular use
STAMPARATUS (noun) – an innovative stamp placement tool developed by Stampin’ Up! in partnership with Stampin’ Up! demonstrator leaders
Why do I need it?
The Stamparatus will give your stamping a consistency and efficiency like you’ve never experienced before. You’ll love how it transforms your crafting:
- Make multiples with ease
- Consistently stamp perfectly clean, crisp images
- Apply more ink and restamp for a mistake-free, darker image without starting over
- Make fewer mistakes — saving paper, time, and money
- Easily line up your 2-, 3-, and 4-step images flawlessly every time
- Stamp without the pain of holding small stamp blocks
What makes it unique?
- Two open sides allow you to use larger sized paper or card stock
- Permanent rulers and gridlines make it easy to place your images just where you want them
- Foam mats work with photopolymer stamps; they’re removable to accommodate red rubber stamps as well
- Two reversible acrylic plates give you four work surfaces for fast, precise stamping
- Double hinges let you work twice as quickly
- Two magnets hold your paper in place, and then store away safely underneath when not in use
- “Stepped” plate holders create perfectly spaced repeated images, over and over again

Watercolor Christmas Project Kit (#144649) – Price $20.00 $16.00
If you haven’t finished making your holiday cards yet for this year (or if you want to get a head start and save on next year’s cards!) this kit will give you an impressive-looking finished set of 20 handmade cards in just minutes! With their fun, preprinted elements, they’ll look like you watercolored them by hand; only you need to know how quick and easy they really are!!!
The kit makes 20 finished cards, 5 each of 4 designs. Coordinates with the Watercolor Christmas Stamp Set (clear mount) and Watercolor Christmas Stamp Set (wood mount) (sold separately).
Old Olive & Real Red Stampin’ Write Markers (#145059) – Price $7.00 $4.90
If you don’t have the full sets of Stampin’ Write Markers, this duo will expand your coloring options. The set of 2 double-ended, artist-quality markers in Old Olive and Real Red allow you to color on paper, color directly on your stamps, or can be used in a variety of watercoloring techniques.
Cherry Cobbler 12″ x 12″ Card Stock (#144646) – Price $11.00
Twenty-four sheets of 12″ x 12″ solid color card stock in a single-color pack!!! I can’t recommend highly enough that you stock up while it’s still available!

Again, I recommend that you stock up while you can get it!
Spooky Night Designer Series Paper (#144610) – Price $11.00
When you purchase the Pumpkin Pie card stock, why not get the coordinating Designer Series Paper to go along with it? What’s really cool about the holiday papers lately is that they’re only holiday-themed on one side of the sheet — the coordinating design on the opposite side is a general stripe or graphic that can be used for any project, holiday or not, so you’re not stuck with unusable paper after Halloween is over!
For a close-up view of the patterns on this paper, follow the link above, and then click the “More” link by the photos.
Merry Little Christmas 12″ x 12″ Card Stock Pack (#144622) – Price $11.00
More 12″ x 12″ card stock!!! This package contains 24 sheets, with 12 Kraft and 12 Old Olive.
Painted Harvest Photopolymer Bundle (#146021) – Price $33.25
Finally, just a reminder that anything currently in a bundle will be increasing in price, even if the products in the bundle aren’t yet retiring. That’s the case with the Painted Harvest Stamp Set and Leaf Punch in this bundle. If these items weren’t the top-selling products in this catalog, they’re definitely right up at the top! I can guarantee that you’ll continue to see gorgeous samples made with these products, and it’s a safe bet that if you don’t purchase them now in the bundle you’ll likely end up kicking yourself later. Trust me… get them now at the discounted, bundle price!
And if you do get the bundle, chances are good that you’ll want to get the gorgeous, handpainted, coordinating Painted Autumn Designer Series Paper while you’re at it. 🙂
I hope this list has helped you see some of the items that may have flown under the radar in the Holiday Catalog before it’s too late for you to get them.

A surprise birthday party and a Pop-Up Box Card
At the end of this week, my mom will celebrate a milestone birthday.
I’ve been wracking my brain for weeks to figure out an appropriate gift, and last week I finally had a stroke of genius! I secretly contacted Mom’s best friends and at lunchtime on Monday, five of us waited excitedly in the private room at a local restaurant, watching through the window so as to be ready to yell “surprise” when she arrived.
I wanted it to be a celebration to remember, so I knew I needed to make an appropriately special, keepsake card.
For years now, I’ve seen these really impressive, complicated-looking, 3-d cards that appear to be popping out of a box. You know my projects are usually relatively quick and easy, so I hadn’t attempted one of these before. But after spending some time on Pinterest, I realized they’re not as difficult as they appear!
The party decorations were primarily black, silver, and bright pink so I immediately knew I wanted to use what remained of my retired Pop of Pink Designer Series Paper. Since I was already digging in my retired supplies, I also pulled out my underused Flower Patch stamp set and the coordinating Flower Fair Framelits and got to work…
And this is what I came up with:
Unfortunately, I didn’t keep track of the measurements while I was creating it, so I don’t have the information to share with you right now. BUT… I will make another one (I have LOTS of new ideas percolating now) and I’ll share it with a tutorial soon.
What do you think??? Not bad for my first try, I thought. 🙂
